DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
Install a new 12-inch HDPE domestic/fire water main beneath Feeney Way between University Avenue and Tower Road, reconstruct pavement along Feeney Way, and reconstruct existing Steam Vault 28-6 at the intersection of Feeney Way and Tower Road.
